Menopause

It's a natural event of a women life but affects everyone differently. The main process is a response due to a decrease levels of estrogen and progesterone as your ovaries stop producing them.  The process can take few years and there are many symptoms associated with this physiologic process. The most commons are: hot flashes, insomnia, night sweats, vaginal dryness, irregular cycles, fatigue, mood changes or irritability, headache and depression.  Fortunately there are also many options available to help patients cope with all this symptom’s and improve their quality of life during this normal stage of life.
