Dr. Hurtado will explain all the options and offers you want to learn about and also guide you depending on your personal history, needs and potential side effects associated with the method of choice. 

 

In general, Intrauterine devices (IUD) and Implants (Nexplanon) are recognized as the most effective options for there are also long term options for contraception. During your consultation you will have the opportunity to ask questions and get answers on any concern you may have.

Keep in mind that most options for contraception have hormones and there are patients that cannot use them. Dr. Hurtado will address this situation with you and offer the appropriate option for you, if this is your case.

 

If your goal is to become pregnant we offer Low Complexity Fertility treatments that include ovulation induction cycle, follicle growth monitoring, and intrauterine insemination procedure.
